MK1, GS, Early LT
|
It's what you got with a MK1, considerably
slower than later versions. There were 2 variations in lighting (on MK1's); LED rings, and VLS (vertical lighting
source), in general the VLS is considered the better option but doesn't matter you can't get parts, other than bulbs,
for either. Original Camera (NEC) needs to be upgraded to Pulnix. Cameras / Optics are available but difficult to locate and
expensive. Most LT's were changed over to one of the shutterless systems.

GSX, LT, GS retrofit
|
Original shutterless system, and attempt
at 2Di. Works as well as the green and shuttered for fiducial find. Useless for inspection.
Regardless of Configuration, I will not list inspection as installed on a Black Camera Machine. Parts
are unavailable, failure in camera or optics requires costly upgrade to Green camera.

GSX, LT, GS retrofit
|
Very short lived, most machines have been upgraded
to green. Next attempt at an inspection camera. Better than Black at inspection, worse than anything else for fiducial
find. Regardless of Configuration, I will not list inspection as installed on a Silver Camera Machine. Parts
are unavailable, but generally an easy change to a green camera.

GSX, LT, GS retrofit

They finally got it right with this camera for inspection,
and as good as anything else for fiducial find. Parts are available, camera is changed but seamless upgrade to "Green2"

ELA, Horizon03
|
Standard camera on an ELA / HOZ03. Early
version with incandescent light source had issues, most have been replaced. Good for basic board/stencil inspection,
which is all that is available on an 03.

Horizon 01, 02, 03 Infinity
|
Same camera as green / green2 on GSX/LT. Good
in all cases, they just improved the sotware interface for 2Di on the Typhoons.

Horizon01 Infinity Galaxy
(700)
|
Basically the same capability as the Green,
but this system has 2 vision boards and a dual CCD array in the camera. Offers larger field of view for faster inspectiion.
