In July of 2006, after 18+ years in service to the SMT and semiconductor industries, it
became obvious that the focus of "customer support" for the OEM was not the
support of the customers. In an effort to service the customers at a reasonable price,
build and maintain business relationships and delight the customers (what used to be "their" goal), JDT was
formed.
